Keep the context.
Move the work forward.
Customer service is more than a reply. It’s the answer, the information behind it, and a clear owner when the question gets more complicated.
- 01
Start with the conversation
Bring the customer’s question and the surrounding context into a shared workspace.
- 02
Use the right information
Shape a workflow around your approved answers, product information and connected business systems.
- 03
Know when a person steps in
Define escalation points so the next operator has the transcript and a reason for the handoff.
- 04
Refine the next conversation
Review the questions, fallbacks and handoffs to decide what your team should improve.
No automatic refund. A person reviews the request.
A useful assistant knows when to hand over.
Define what your workflow can answer, when it should ask for clarification, and when a person takes responsibility.
- Prepare approved answers and fallback paths.
- Keep human review for sensitive decisions.
- Make handoffs understandable for your team.

Explore the detailsWho is ConvoPlex for?
Customer support and commerce teams that handle recurring questions in WhatsApp and need clear handoffs to people. We start with one practical journey, such as order updates, product questions or support triage.
Is this a self-service subscription?
The initial offer is a managed rollout. We discuss your workflow, agree the scope and fees, and prepare a workspace around that use case. There is no instant public trial or paid plan activated by this inquiry.
Which channels can we start with?
WhatsApp is the starting point. Setup depends on your WhatsApp Business account, permissions and the agreed use case. Telegram or Discord requirements can be discussed during scoping; availability and delivery must be confirmed for your deployment.
Can the assistant issue refunds on its own?
Refund processing is reserved for human review. The intended workflow captures the request and gives a person the context to decide. Other consequential actions need clearly agreed review and approval rules before rollout.
What does our team need to provide?
A workflow owner, access to the agreed channel and systems, approved customer-facing information, and a person to handle escalations. Together we define test scenarios, responsibilities and a review plan before going live.
How much does a rollout cost?
Pricing is scoped to the channel, workflow, expected conversation volume and integrations. We agree fees, provider costs, delivery stages and ongoing support before kickoff. Sending an inquiry creates no paid commitment.
Which conversation
could work better?
Tell us where your support or commerce team gets stuck. We’ll discuss whether ConvoPlex is a fit and what a first rollout could look like.
